Even though exercise is universally good for you, if you have any health problems you should first visit your doctor for advice before trying out any weight loss or exercise program. Always remember that the most difficult thing to overcome is lethargy, once you get over that and start doing your regime you can be sure that the biggest barrier has already been overcome.
