Stand with your heels against any flat wall, with your back touching it lightly. Slide down the wall, as if you're sitting down into a chair, until your thighs are perfectly level with the ground (parallel lines, where your thighs are the same angle as the flat ground below).

You're now sitting in an imaginary chair, one that answers the question of how to tone thighs, and while the first few seconds will be easy, it won't be long until you're thinking "wow this is tough."

Try to hold the position for at least 30 seconds, then stand up, walk around a bit, and repeat it a second time.
