Whenever we are planning to do something, procrastination gets in the way leading us nowhere. Today is always the first day for us to be better so might as well start running today. If not today, you might never start tomorrow or ever. Like others, you will have tons of reasons; you are busy, too tired to run, you have kids to look after or you have other important matters to attend to. These excuses won't help you to get started so forget them for a while.
