Now, look at an object near you, such as a book on your desk that is less than six inches away from your eyes. Continue to focus for a few seconds then return to look at your book.
The last eye exercises to improve eyesight is what you will call 'follow the thumb'.
Hold your thumb at arm's length in front of you. Slowly move your thumb toward your nose, keeping your eyes on the thumb until you can no longer focus on it. Repeat this for ten times.
