• Strength: This comprises of strengthening your muscles so that you can perform physical work efficiently. Building up your core strength rather than just the muscles is imperative.
• Endurance: It's the ability to perform work at a stretch with any problems. People with good endurance skills can work without getting any cramps of muscle tears.
