My grandmother lived to be 99 years old ...
His four sisters, each lived to at least 95 years and is still going strong at almost 103. look at how they were raised and what they have is pretty amazing. They have never heard of "organic" or "grass fed." The word "fat" was non-existent. It seems that it was not until the 1980s did this becomes a problem. It was then that diet drinks and unhealthy sweeteners came into the picture. In time the words "fat" and "trans fat" were introduced. Is it not ironic is when the epidemic started? While we have continued to become more educated about what is good for you and what did not, why it seems like the health and well-being become more of a struggle for most? Why Is society become so unhealthy?
At the end of the day, we should all be looking for the simplest ways to live a long, healthy and energetic.
I am constantly approached by people who want to know how many calories to consume, how many proteins, how many carbs and fats. Unless your main priority is to get on stage and build, wipe the slate clean and start with three very easy steps.
